TTMD-R Pricing and Order Form

Manuals may be purchased online individually or in bulk. If you are placing an order on behalf of a facility please indicate the facility name and address in order to obtain the license to use the Test Form and education materials unrestricted at the site.

The TTMD-R package includes: Facilitator Manual, Feeding and Swallowing Screening and TTMD-R Test Form, Education Material for the Facilitator and Education Material for Front-Line Staff.

3. Purchase Agreement
The purchaser must agree to the following statements in order to purchase the TTMD-R*
- Purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of TTMD-R products for the situation / facility and to use it in accordance with applicable health and safety standards.
- The authors of the TTMD-R will not be held responsible for any loss/claims/suits sustained as a result of the purchaser or users' judgments made from the TTMD-R or based on the purchaser or users' application of the goods and materials.
- The Purchaser agrees that the TTMD-R test form and education materials may be reproduced for use at facilities that have purchased a manual, but may not be adapted in any way without the expressed written consent of the authors.
- The Purchaser acknowledges that the TTMD-R manual is not available electronically and may not be reproduced in any way. If required, additional copies of the manual will be purchased.
- Purchaser acknowledges that each physical site/facility location must purchase their own copy of the manual in order to use any of the TTMD-R program materials at the site.
- If applicable, the Purchaser is responsible to ensure that the facility/ company / corporation staff is aware of the above purchasing conditions.

- The Purchaser is aware that individual manuals do not include the PowerPoint presentations or access to e-learning. These are only available to sites who have purchased the TTMD-R site license with the education bundle.

About TTMD-R

The TTMD-R program provides a standardized approach to screening for feeding and swallowing difficulties and for the development of a dysphagia management plan. It maximizes the use of the interdisciplinary team and helps to identify when speech-language pathology resources are required.

The TTMD-R program includes education material to promote timely and consistent care, and provides methods to manage problems when they are identified. Feeding and swallowing guidelines help to improve the quality of the mealtime experience for residents.

The TTMD-R and all associated materials are copyrighted and may not be adapted in any way without the written permission from the authors. Previous versions of the TTMD are not supported by the authors of the TTMD-R. Use of the TTMD-R at a facility requires the purchase of a minimum of one manual.
